Sugar & Spice Mentoring Program
 Sugar & Spice Mentoring Program matches motivated adolescent girls ages 11 to 18 with positive female role models and strong support networks during the challenging teenage years.
Selected professional women are carefully screened and then matched with the most compatible girls. Each month, mentors and mentees spend between six and eight hours together, participating in fun and enriching activities. Girls also participate in bi-weekly workshops and summer camp.
- Increase girls’ sense of self-worth;
- Improve girls’ perspective about education and their future lives;
- Help girls develop and define short- and long-term goals;
- Provide girls with positive support and encouragement; and
- Help girls become responsible and civically engaged members of society.
Your daughter could be one of over 5,000 girls who have had a Sisterbration experience since 2004. The Sugar & Spice Mentoring Program works hard to ensure each girl is equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in life.
